About the Role
A Revit Specialist is part of one or many production team(s) within the BIM Consulting production service or/and Architecture production Service. The mission of a Revit Specialist is to successfully collaborate to develop a Revit strategy and lead the implementation in a consistent and comprehensive way.
Skills & Experience:

- A proactive and innovative person, able to drive projects and problem-solve
- Lead, schedule and set the pace for calls with clients.
- Lead the project production according to established Milestones content.

Education and Experience (Competencies + Skills):
- Architectural Degree
- Revit advanced - Has at least 3 years of professional experience working in Revit
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1) - Intermediate vocabulary in AEC technical knowledge.
- Basic vocabulary in BIM and VDC
- Revit MEP is a plus
- Dynamo, Navis or Scripting is a plus
- Experience working with Revit API

About the Role
The mission of the Sales Manager is to be a leader, high-performer that strategically helps us meet our fast-growing revenue targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. He/She/They will be responsible for developing strategies and plans to boost sales and present directly to the board. Huge opportunity to build, develop, manage and scale our sales team and company.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who is (outcomes):
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Reps, and Account Managers to deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.
- Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability.
- Develop and implement sales programs and processes that drive results for /slantis.
- Continuously improve the sales processes.
- Define the operations sales strategy by developing and standardizing operations systems to empower the team to operate at scale.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, following OKRs and setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Implement processes and strategies to scale Consulting services.
- Clearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadership and board.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other leadership team members in operations, technology, marketing, people and logistics.
- Manage, keep up to date and use data from CRM and other necessary software.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and deeply understanding their needs.
- Identify possible new markets, industry trends and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Travel Required
Education and Experience (Competencies + Skills):
- ONLY advanced/native English speakers and writers will be considered.
- Experience in Sales for the US market is a must.

- 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online marketing, or sales leadership specific to B2B.
- A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Experience in process management, operations management, understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate to an action plan.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent in CRM usage, visualization software and other sales productivity software.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
